8/26 - MCB Biocamp with Harvard MCB

In August, Tayne was an instructor at the MCB Biocamp, a day camp for middle school students aimed at introducing the scientific method and biological knowledge via hands-on and inquiry-based learning. He led lab sessions and lectures for the Molecular and Cellular Biology module. He had a chance to teach lab skills, talk to students about how to think like a scientist, share what kind of research he does during the day, and answer questions about his experience becoming a PhD student.
